Returns & Refunds
Please check compatibility before ordering. Call us with your vehicle details and the model or part number if you need help.
Contact us if you need to return a product or ask for a refund. We'll explain the return process and any commercial terms for your order. These do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Exchange Service
Some replacement or reconditioned units are supplied on exchange for your old unit. We'll confirm which old units we accept and the return terms before you order.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If a product arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with the details and photographs. We'll check the problem and explain the repair, replacement or refund options. Any warranty terms are in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
