Enquiry forms and the catalogue work without optional analytics or advertising cookies. Optional Google tags, where configured on our production website, stay blocked until you grant the relevant permission. This is Basic Consent Mode, not cookieless tracking before consent.

Essential Cookies

We store your cookie preferences in this browser's local storage for 180 days so we can respect your choice. This preference record contains purpose permissions and a date, not your contact details. If storage is blocked, we tell you and may ask again on a later visit.

Enquiry Processing

Sending and recording your enquiry is an operational service, not advertising tracking. A signed, short-lived submission reference helps prevent duplicate emails when you retry. It is held in the open form's memory and expires within 23 hours. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent an accepted enquiry being recorded. No contact details or raw advertising click identifiers are included in operational reporting metadata.

Anti-Spam Verification

Enquiry forms also load Cloudflare Turnstile for essential anti-spam verification, independently of optional analytics and advertising consent. This integration does not enable Cloudflare pre-clearance cookies. See our privacy policy for information about the security check.

Analytics Cookies

If you allow analytics and measurement is configured, Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga to understand website usage. Analytics storage is a separate choice from advertising. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, registrations, messages and search text are not included in our measurement events.

Advertising Measurement

Advertising cookies (such as _gcl cookies), advertising measurement data and personalisation have separate permissions. Measurement needs both its cookie and data permissions; personalised advertising is optional. We do not send form or contact details to Google or automatically enable Enhanced Conversions. Actual Google tag configuration is subject to a privacy review before activation.

Change or Withdraw Your Choice

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your permissions or reject all optional purposes. If Google tags have already loaded, withdrawing a permission reloads the page to stop them and removes accessible first-party Google measurement cookies. Unsent form text may be lost, so save or send your enquiry first. You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
